Das Fortbildungszentrum (FBZ) der Handwerkskammer L\u00fcbeck<\/b><\/a> hat einen kammerweiten Bildungsauftrag und bietet Lehrg\u00e4nge, Fortbildungen und Bildungsma\u00dfnahmen im Auftrag der Agentur f\u00fcr Arbeit und dem Jobcenter L\u00fcbeck an. Oskar L\u00fcbeck e. V.<\/strong><\/a> ist eine Initiative von Studierenden der Universit\u00e4t zu L\u00fcbeck und bringt Altb\u00fcrgerinnen und -b\u00fcrger mit gefl\u00fcchteten Neub\u00fcrgerinnen und -b\u00fcrgern zusammen, unterst\u00fctzt vom Projekt FLOW (s.u.). Auf Initiative von Oskar wurde von uns gemeinsam mit dem Integrationsprojekt Prop\u00e4deutikum<\/a><\/u> an der Universit\u00e4t zu L\u00fcbeck<\/b><\/a> ein fach\u00fcbergreifendes Bachelor-Modul \u201eInterkulturell kompetent in Studium, Beruf und Gesellschaft\u201c konzipiert. Das Projekt \u201eFLOW \u2013 f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtlinge! Orientierung und Willkommenskultur\u201c<\/b><\/a> der Gemeindediakonie L\u00fcbeck hat das Ziel, die Lebenssituation von Gefl\u00fcchteten im Altern von 16 - 25 Jahren zu verbessern und spricht daf\u00fcr verschiedene gesellschaftliche Gruppen u. a. mit Weiterbildungen an. F\u00fcr ihre ehrenamtlichen Mentorinnen und Mentoren sowie externe haupt- und nebenberufliche Fachkr\u00e4fte im Kontakt mit Gefl\u00fcchteten f\u00fchre ich interkulturelle Kompetenz-Workshops durch: z. B. f\u00fcr Richter und Richterinnen und Rechtspflegende, ehrenamtliche Jugendliche und Erwachsene in der Fl\u00fcchtlings- oder Integrationshilfe, z. B. im Projekt kidzcare<\/a>, oder Jugendliche in der Teamer-Ausbildung in Kirchengemeinden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Das Projekt Lighthouse<\/b><\/a> beim ePunkt \u2013 Die L\u00fcbecker Freiwilligenagentur e. V.<\/a> ist Service- und Beratungsstelle f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtlingsengagement in L\u00fcbeck. Ich entwickle mit ihnen Weiterbildungsangebote und biete Workshops zu den sich ver\u00e4ndernden Anforderungen in der ehrenamtlichen Fl\u00fcchtlingsarbeit an, wie zum Beispiel beim ersten Fachtag f\u00fcr Haupt- und Ehrenamt in der Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfe<\/a><\/u>.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Das Diakonische Werk Schleswig-Holstein<\/b><\/a> ist Kooperationspartner bei der Durchf\u00fchrung von Qualifizierungs- und Unterst\u00fctzungsprojekten f\u00fcr die Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfe von Ehrenamtlichen mit und ohne Migrationshintergrund. Dabei kommen F\u00f6rdermittel der Bundesbeauftragten f\u00fcr Migration, Fl\u00fcchtlinge und Integration zum Tragen, wie auch bei den Fortbildungsreihen \u201eErste Heimat \u2013 Zweite Heimat\u201c f\u00fcr gefl\u00fcchtete oder \u201ezwischen fremd und vertraut\u201c f\u00fcr einheimische Ehrenamtliche bei der Gemeindediakonie L\u00fcbeck (s. u.). Aktuell erm\u00f6glicht das Diakonische Werk Schleswig-Holstein landesweit Ehrenamtlichen mit \/ ohne Migrationshintergrund von meinen Workshop \u201eVon der Willkommenskultur zur Integrationskultur \u2013 Neue Herausforderungen f\u00fcr Ehrenamtliche in der Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfe\u201c zu profitieren.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Die Beratungsstelle f\u00fcr Ehrenamtliche Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfe<\/b><\/a> des Fachdienstes Soziale Hilfen im Kreis Ostholstein bietet Unterst\u00fctzungs- und Weiterbildungsangebote f\u00fcr Ehrenamtliche an. Mit meiner Workshop-\/Vortragsreihe \u201eVon der Willkommens- zur Integrations-\/Inklusionskultur\u201c an verschiedenen Standorten des Kreises erhalten die Engagierten Impulse zu den Anforderungen einer Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfe auf Augenh\u00f6he.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Die Gemeindediakonie L\u00fcbeck<\/b><\/a> begleitet und unterst\u00fctzt Menschen in Not bzw. mit Beratungsbedarf in den Bereichen Obdach und Asyl, Migration und Integration, Kinder und Familie sowie Gesundheit und Soziales. Verschiedene interkulturelle Projekte der Gemeindediakonie f\u00f6rdern die Integration von Zuwanderern.<\/p>\n

Von Juli 2016 \u2013 Dez. 2017 habe ich das Projekt Sprachpartnerschaften<\/a><\/u> mit einer Kollegin koordiniert und u. a. die Bereiche Finanzen, Strategie und Schnittstellenarbeit innerhalb der Gemeindediakonie verantwortet. Zudem habe ich das Fortbildungsangebot \u201eErste Heimat \u2013 Zweite Heimat\u201c<\/a><\/u> f\u00fcr gefl\u00fcchtete Ehrenamtliche und Gefl\u00fcchtete initiiert, daf\u00fcr Drittmittel eingeworben und mit einer Traum-spezialisierten Therapeutin konzipiert und\u00a0 durchgef\u00fchrt. Diese nach Sprache und Geschlecht getrennt angebotene Fortbildungsreihe wurde in \u00e4hnlicher Form auch im Bereich Obdach & Asyl durchgef\u00fchrt. \u2013 Bei Bedarf gebe ich weiterhin Workshops und Trainings zu interkulturellen Themen f\u00fcr Ehrenamtliche und andere im Auftrag der Gemeindediakonie.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

V.<\/b><\/a><\/u> <\/b>ist eine Initiative von Ehrenamtlichen zur F\u00f6rderung der Lese- und Sprachkompetenz von Schulkindern durch gezielte 1:1 Begleitung. \u2013 Das Projekt <\/u>Kidzcare<\/b><\/u><\/a> <\/b>ist\u00a0dem F\u00f6rderverein f\u00fcr L\u00fcbecker Kinder e.
